Process

Phase 1: Questionnaire & Site Visit

Sent to client at the time of first contact to start the discovery process.  HDH uses the information provided here to help prep for the initial consultation meeting which is then scheduled.

Phase 2: Scope of Work (SOW)

 Generated after the first site visit to summarize the initial findings.  From this, client & HDH fine-tune the project expectations.  The project proposal is later given separately & is based on this SOW.

Phase 3: Initial Proposal

Once the scope of work has been finalized, an initial project proposal is generated.  Client will then meet with his or her consultant at HDH offices to review & discuss all recommendations.

Phase 4: Design Contract & Retainer

Once the proposal is accepted, HDH will issue a design agreement & collect a design retainer.  The system design is then started & defined.

Phase 5: Final Proposal & Contract

HDH will issue a final system proposal & contract based on the designed system.  Once approved, HDH will invoice for theequipment deposit & schedule the first phase of the project.

Conclusion: Warranty

High Definition Home warranties all of its installation work from defect of workmanship for the period of two years from the date of installation.  All equipment purchased from High Definition Home will carry the original manufacturer’s parts & labor warranty starting from the date of invoice.  Should any equipment fail within the manufacturer’s original parts warranty, High Definition Home will remove, service & reinstall this equipment at no charge to the client.

Equipment not supplied by HDH which includes cable boxes, owner furnished equipment & equipment supplied by others are excluded form this warranty.
